Shrimp Cajun Style

If you're looking for a great shrimp recipe, look no further -- it's this one. This dish proves once again that folks in New Orleans know how to do it right.

1/2 cup Caesar dressing
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. dried oregano
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. dried rosemary
2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tbsp. Creole seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
5 bay leaves
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 lb. large shrimp
1/3 cup dry white wine
10 (1-oz.) slices French bread baguette
2 tsp. fresh-squeezed lemon juice

Combine the first 11 ingredients in a large nonstick skillet; bring to a boil. Add shrimp, and cook 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add wine, and cook 1 minute or until shrimp are done. Pour lemon juice over shrimp and serve with bread.
