Party Slices

This open-faced "sandwich" is served on a slice of bread. The beef, sausage, onion and cheese mixture comes together wonderfully for a super succulent taste.
Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. bulk sausages
1 medium onion, chopped
1 lb. American cheese, cubed
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 tsp. dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
Party rye bread
Methods/steps
Brown beef, pork and onion until onion is tender; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except bread. Spread rye bread with about 1 tbsp. mixture each and broil until hot and bubbly. May be frozen and broiled without defrosting.
