Crockpot Spanish Rice (I'm making this right now, it smells heavenly!)

Crockpot Spanish Rice

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1 large can (28 ounces) tomatoes
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 1/2 teaspoons chili powder, or to taste
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 cup water

Brown beef in skillet; drain off fat. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, stirring to blend well. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 1/2 to 8 hours, or HIGH for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender.
