It's all Greek with this great-tasting cucumber salad. A few simple ingredients come together and create one satisfying side. Serve with steak, chicken or fish.

Ingredients
4 oz. plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber, grated fine
3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. fresh dill, chopped
Salt & pepper

Methods/steps
Empty yogurt into a small mixing bowl and grate the half cucumber into it. Using a garlic press, press the garlic into bowl. Add vinegar, chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste. Best when chilled for 30 minutes or so. Keeps great in fridge for a few days. Serve with warm pita bread for dipping.
