Searching for a scintillating fresh salsa? Go west, as in this western salsa that's chock full of rich, invigorating flavors. Dip it good!

Ingredients
4 large chopped tomatoes
3 cloves garlic diced
2/3 cup diced fresh cilantro
1/2 large onion chopped finely
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 jalapeno pepper seeded and chopped finely
Salt to liking

Methods/steps
Add tomatoes, garlic, cilantro, onion and lime juice in a bowl. Add the jalapenos in increments and taste test to make sure the salsa is not too hot. Salt to liking.

Additional Tips
You may choose to allow the salsa to chill in the fridge for an hour to allow the ingredients to blend together even more.
