Southwestern Party Salad

Those same old salads can become tiresome over time. That's why this southwestern party salad will have you running for the border.
Ingredients
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 boneless chicken breasts
4 cups romaine lettuce
16 cherry tomatoes
1 avocado, peeled and sliced
1/4 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/2 cup tortilla chips, unsalted, crumbled
2 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 cup salsa, low sodium
Methods/steps
Combine first 6 ingredients in a plastic zipper bag. Add chicken breast and marinate at least two hours, turning occasionally. Grill or sauté chicken breast until no longer pink. Cut into 1/2 inch think slices. Divide lettuce between two plates. Top with tomatoes, avocado and chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and tortilla chips. Mix sour cream and salsa and pour over.
