Gourmet Peanut Butter Pie
Ingredients
Crust1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Filling1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 (8-ounce) block cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup heavy cream, whipped to stiff peaks
Topping1 cup dark chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. have ready a 8 inch pie plate.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter , and cinnamon until well blended . Press mixture into plate.
Bake for 7 minutes. let Cool completely.
To make the filling. Combine confectioners sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese in a large bowl; beat until smooth. mix in milk. Fold in whipped cream. pour into crust. Chill until set.
To make the chocolate coating. Melt chocolate chips and stir in butter until smooth. Pour cooled chocolate over chilled cake then chill until set.
