I have one of these delicious bowls every day for lunch:
Two large handfuls of spring greens/lettuce/spinach, whatever is available, washed and torn to pieces.
1/8 cup shredded cheese of choice.
1/4 cup shredded carrots.
Tbsp of diced onions, red or white.
One Boca Chicken Patty, heated and chopped.
Tbsp Greek & Feta Dressing.
YUMMY!
