Best Roasted Vegetables

The best laid plans often go a-fry. So why not produce a vegetable side that's both flavorful and fat-free? You'll love how we roast our veggies. 
Ingredients
3 potatoes, cubed
3 turnip, cubed
1 cup carrot, sliced 1 inch long
1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
1/2 red bell pepper, cut in chunks
4 oz mushroom
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
Methods/steps
Place vegetables in a single layer in a roasting pan; spray with non-stick olive oil spray. Sprinkle with spices. Roast at 350 degrees until done, about 30 minutes, turning once.
